My goal is to provide students with the knowledge, motor skills, and confidence to try & participate & enjoy a variety of physical activities/sports, so they can develop a fitness/health program that can last a lifetime. Focusing on learning and practicing skills not only to provide opportunity to learn but to succeed as well. Develop an awareness of self-growth, physical abilities, and encouraging a sense of competition and good sportsmanship. Thus one can apply what they have learned to sports, and an active healthy lifestyle.
